Returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery only due to the fragile nature of our products.

INSPECT YOUR ORDER
Shipping companies do not allow packages to be opened at the door. Please accept your delivery, open and inspect your order at home, and contact us within 24 hours if you notice any damage, defect, or issue.

RETURN CONDITIONS

* Product must be in its original condition.
* Original packaging must be included.
* Items must be securely packed for safe return.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed via InstaPay.

فحص الطلب
يرجى استلام الشحنة وفتحهاو فحص المنتج في المنزل و ابلاغنا اذا واجهتم اي مشكلة و بحاجة لعمل طلب استبدال او استرجاع. شركات الشحن لا تسمح بفتح الطرد قبل استلامه.

في حال وجود أي كسر أو تلف أو مشكلة بالمنتج، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.

شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال

* يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية.
* يجب الاحتفاظ بـ التغليف الأصلي بالكامل.
* يجب إعادة تغليف المنتج بشكل آمن لضمان وصوله إلينا 
بحالة جيدة.

استرداد المبلغ
تتم عمليات استرداد المبالغ المعتمدة عن طريق InstaPay.
